We hope you love your Krysls accessories as much as we do! But if something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help make it right.
We gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in their original, unworn condition and packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note:
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
• For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned.
• Sale items may also be final sale unless otherwise noted.
